Mr. Baldursson has over 20 years' experience in the field of sports betting. He was the Managing Director of the governmental sportsbetting organization in Iceland from 1991 - 2000. During his time as a managing director he elevated that organization to become the European leader in the use of PC technology for betting services. In 1991 he was in charge of implementing the first online betting system and in 1996, with the advent of the World Wide Web, he drafted and implemented among the first web based betting site in the world. Mr. Baldursson has held numerous lectures on the use of the Internet for online betting as well as on the use of sophisticated mathematical schemas to manage stakes of real time betting systems. There are few individuals with more knowledge of online betting than mr. Baldursson, and his insight and knowledge is easily seen in all aspects of the Parspro´s betting solution.
John P. Toohey
CTO and founder
Mr. Toohey is regarded by many to be one of the leading developers in Iceland. He has been in charge of many large development projects, including: Object-Fax, a leading network fax server in both the US and in Europe; The development of the first online transaction system for the Icelandic Sports Betting organization; The first large scale portal in Iceland. John has written books for QUE publishing on subjects like "Using Object Linking and Embedding 2.x in application development" and "Building OCXs". Toohey oversees all development efforts for PPC.
